Refunds
In short: there is no auto-debit, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay in advance only when you choose to. A payment for a period that has started is not refunded, except for a duplicate or wrong charge, which we refund.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. You pay nothing during the trial.
No auto-debit
We never charge you automatically. You pay once for 1, 3 or 12 months, and the app asks you to pay again only when you choose to renew. There is no UPI AutoPay mandate or card instruction to cancel.
Refunds
- A payment for a period that has started is not refundable, because the service is delivered immediately.
- If you were charged twice, or charged by mistake, tell us. We will check, and refund the extra amount to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- If you paid but the plan did not start on your account, tell us your customer code. We will fix it or refund you.
